Born in Melbourne, Australia in 2014, Blank Canvas re-launched in the UAE in 2016 using painting, music, and poetry as tools for collaboration and creative dialogue.

Blank Canvas serves as a platform for emerging talent and communal Art. We hold sessions that revolve around topics of identity, culture, and the human experience; that fuel people's imagination as they work together to create unified Art pieces.

Manuel “Hize” Forner

GRAFFITI / STREET ART MURALIST Based in Dubai.

Hize is a Spanish urban artist who transforms traditional Graffiti into abstract art.

After more than 25 years painting ephemeral interventions in the street, then he decided to experiment in the studio. His work is based on the abstract shapes found in the connections between the pieces of the letters and the classic elements of stylewritting.

Hize has participated in several exhibitions abroad such as Osaka contemporary art museum in Japan and Expo 2020 Dubai among others. He has collaborated with brands such as Instagram, Bvlgari and Valentino to name just a few.

J.Qui, a self-taught artist from the Philippines, has actively participated in Filipino art communities such as Guhit Pinas (Draw Philippines) and Gintong Tamaraw Art Association (Golden Tamaraw Art Association), where she has honed her skills and generously shared her knowledge with others.

In her professional life, J.Qui had the

opportunity to work on a groundbreaking project that resulted in the establishment of the first Nike Customization Department in the

United Arab Emirates. Handling three different locations, including Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, J.Qui contributed to the company's systems, structures, trackers, and digital and traditional art, which were highly appreciated and recognized. The department continues to operate successfully today.

Despite her impressive achievements, J.Qui remains humble and committed to pursuing her art as an independent artist. She believes that her journey has just begun and is excited to see where her creativity and passion will take her

next.

Kharen Tacmo is a UAE-based mixed media artist whose work bridges emotion, storytelling, and vibrant visual expression. For over five years, she has been creating pieces that blend florals, symbolism, and soft realism—each artwork carrying a sense of warmth, belonging, and quiet magic.

Beyond her studio practice, Kharen brings art to life in unforgettable ways. She performs live painting at weddings, private events, and corporate activations, creating bespoke pieces that transform moments into lasting works of art. She is also a passionate art educator, teaching both kids and adults across different mediums from painting to mixed media, making creativity accessible, joyful, and meaningful for every learner.

Whether capturing a couple’s love story on canvas or leading a workshop that sparks inspiration, Kharen’s art stands out for its heart, depth, and the way it connects people. Her work doesn’t just decorate a space it leaves an imprint.

“MELANCHOLY” - Graffti / Mural Artist

Born and raised in the busy streets of Manila, he was introduced to art at a young age and started doodling and menacing their house walls with crayons and paints. Melancholy started doing graffitiin 2006 and since then has made a great contribution in the growing graffiti scene in Manila. A graduate of Fine Arts major in advertising. Now based in Dubai working as a designer for one of Middle East largest fashion retail brand.

He recently worked and collaborated with some local and international brands and was commissioned by MERAS, EMAAR, JBR, Dubai Holdings, Yas Marina Circuit, Alserkal Ave., The Ritz-Carlton, Virgin Yas Marina, RTA,DEWA, IBN Battuta Mall, Al Ghurair Centre, Deerelds Mall, Al Ain Mall, Adidas, Nike, Reebok, K-Swiss, Mountain Dew, RedBull, Tiger Beer, Nokia, Playstation, Samsung, Namshi, Tiffany & Co. to name a few.

Snehita Gehlot is a talented and visionary artist and muralist based in Dubai, known for her captivating and thought-provoking works of art. With a passion for using her art to tell stories and evoke emotions that have transformed many spaces into vibrant and colorful works of art. Her paintings are characterized by bold colors and imaginative compositions, and they are widely admired for their beauty and creativity.

Snehita started her journey as an artist at a young age, and over the years, she has honed her skills to become one of the most sought-after muralists in Dubai. She has worked on a variety of projects, from commercial spaces to residential homes, and her work has been widely appreciated by her clients and the art community.

Snehita has become a prominent figure in the Dubai art scene, creating large-scale murals and interior based canvas paintings and artworks. Snehita' s art reflects her love for nature and wildlife, and she often incorporates these themes into her murals and canvas pintings.

She has experience in a range of media. In addition to her murals, Snehita is also known for her canvas Art which often explore deeper themes such as gender equality and environmental issues. Her are both visually stunning and thought-provoking, making them a popular choice for exhibitions and galleries in Dubai and around the world.

Sudheer Perinjat is a UAE-based graffiti and mural artist known for his bold compositions, vibrant colors, and distinctive fusion of realism and abstraction. With over a decade of experience transforming urban spaces, Sudheer’s work bridges fine art and street culture — turning walls into powerful storytelling canvases.

Originally from India and now based in Dubai, Sudheer has collaborated with major brands, architects, and government projects across the UAE and internationally. His murals often reflect themes of culture, unity, and modern identity, using expressive textures and large-scale compositions to create an immersive visual experience.

Sudheer’s creative process combines hand-drawn sketching, digital conceptualization, and meticulous wall execution, ensuring every piece aligns with its environment while preserving artistic integrity. From commercial façades to cultural landmarks, his works are celebrated for bringing life, emotion, and character to public and private spaces alike.
