    1. Introduction

    Welcome to Yarnoo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yarnoo platform, including the website located at yarnoo.com and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Ranna LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates ("Yarnoo", "we", "us", or "our").

    By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

    2. Eligibility

    You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Platform. By using Yarnoo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 16, you may not register an account or use any services on the Platform.

    Yarnoo reserves the right to terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of this requirement.

    3. The Platform

    Yarnoo is a digital marketplace that connects clients ("Clients") seeking entertainment and event services with artists, performers, and service providers ("Artists") across the MENA region and beyond.

    Yarnoo acts as an intermediary platform only. We do not employ Artists, guarantee their performance, or take responsibility for the contractual relationship between Clients and Artists. Any agreement for services is made directly between the Client and the Artist.

    3.1 Artist Listings

    • Self-managed: Created and maintained directly by the Artist.
    • Yarnoo-managed: Curated and managed by the Yarnoo team on behalf of the Artist.

    In both cases, the Artist (or their authorised representative) is responsible for the accuracy of the information presented in their profile.

    4. User Accounts

    4.1 Registration

    To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

    4.2 Account Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@yarnoo.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

    4.3 Account Termination

    Yarnoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    5. User Conduct

    By using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

    • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
    • Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or related systems.
    • Use the Platform to solicit, harass, or harm other users.
    • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without prior written consent.
    • Attempt to circumvent the Platform by contacting Artists sourced through Yarnoo directly to avoid future use of the Platform.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent affiliation.

    6. Artist Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date profile information.
    • Honour commitments made to Clients through the Platform.
    • Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards.
    • Ensure uploaded content does not infringe third-party rights.

    7. Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate information when making enquiries or bookings.
    • Treat Artists with respect and professionalism.
    • Honour commitments made to Artists through the Platform.
    • Comply with applicable laws related to events or activities.

    8. Payments and Fees

    8.1 Current Payment Model

    At this time, Yarnoo does not process payments on the Platform. All payment arrangements are made directly between the Client and the Artist.

    8.2 Future Escrow Payment System

    Yarnoo intends to introduce an integrated escrow payment system in the future. When this system is launched, additional terms governing fees, commissions, refunds, and dispute resolution will be published and will form part of these Terms.

    9. Intellectual Property

    9.1 Platform Content

    All content on the Platform created or owned by Yarnoo (including name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software) is the exclusive property of Ranna LLC and protected by law.

    9.2 User-Generated Content

    By uploading or submitting any content to the Platform, you grant Yarnoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for operating and promoting the Platform.

    10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

    10.1 No Guarantee of Services

    Yarnoo does not guarantee the quality, suitability, or availability of any Artist or service. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

    10.2 Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ranna LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or any transaction between a Client and an Artist.

    10.3 Third-Party Links

    The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ranna LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

    12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

    13. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
