A solo oud player with over 20 years of experience, holding a Bachelor of Music from the High Institute for Arabic Music, Academy of Arts, Cairo. He has delivered exceptional musical performances at major local and international events, representing Egypt in prestigious cultural festivals worldwide, including the Carthage International Festival, the Jerash Festival for Culture and Arts, and the Arab Music Days in India.

Walid is distinguished by his unique playing style and advanced techniques, making him a key member of renowned musical ensembles such as the Egyptian Opera House, Ensan Band, and Asala Band. He has also performed at high-profile venues, including the MSC Bellissima Cruise and luxury hotels and resorts in the UAE, Oman, and Kenya.

In addition to performing, he has extensive experience teaching the oud since 2001, working as an instructor at military clubs, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the Alexandria Conservatory.
