Amzy is a professional percussionist and a handpan player of international repertoire. He plays the Djembe, Darbuka, Cajon, Tabla, Dholak, Timbale, congas, mouth percussions, water drums and the Handpan.

He has performed with top artists from India and abroad in over 350 shows. Amzy has performed at the Syrian, Indian and yoga pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020. He is also a music composer/producer and has his music studio in Dubai.

I play the Drums because I never understand the world or my place in it more clearly than when I have Drumsticks in my hand.

Growing up as a young drummer at the age of 7, John was captivated by listening to the local Parish Music Ministry symphony orchestra perform, and resolved that one day he would be able to create that same experience for an audience.

His very first stint on stage was a solo performance at the age of 11, in front of the prestigious Indian Air Force gathering, which got him immense exposure to Events for the Forces, to showcase and hone his talent.

Many years of arduous practice and devoted listening brought John to the doors of life, where he not only earned his degrees, but forged meaningful relationships with other musicians who had the same passion as him, forming Rock Bands as never heard before.

Hailing from a Military background, John has travelled across all Cultures in India, and has learnt and played across genres of Music, ranging from the Christian Archdiocese of North India, to the Grand temples in the South of India, from the tribal art forms in the North East and into the Bollywood style in the Famous channels and TV shows of the metropolitans.

Passing out from higher secondary, John was seen on-stage at all major events & later formed his very own band named FreeFall in New Delhi, which honed in him the true musician and opened his gates to a variety of Performances featuring the Band in all Major print media, in the town. Among his personal favorite bands are Guns N Roses, Metallica, Bon Jovi, Creed, Megadeth & Dream Theater, the influences of which can be felt in his very own playing style as well.

One of John’s biggest achievement lies when he was selected as a Solo drummer in a Gigantic 155 member choir for the Reverent Pope John Paul II’s visit to India in the year 1999.

Shifting bases to the Middle East a decade ago, John is now a Corporate L&D specialist. It gives John great joy to not only do the good work of sharing music with audiences, but with preparing tomorrow’s musicians to share it to the best of their abilities, too.

He indeed loves to belt out Heavy and Hard hitting beats with Progressive accents and playing off-timings while on his drums.

John believes that engaging with others in music is one of the most profound ways to connect with another human being – and nothing else gives him greater satisfaction and fulfillment.

Percussionist Jovani, a National Conservatory of Uzbekistan graduate, has 15 years of stage experience. Winner of two international drumming competitions, he’s based in Dubai and has performed at top venues like Burj Al Arab, Yas Island White Club, and The Meydan Hotel. His performances span weddings, boat parties, jazz festivals, and private events. Jovani has collaborated with major brands such as Lamborghini, HBO, and Hyatt Group. His diverse career includes prestigious locations and events around the world.

I’ve had quite an artistic upbringing and have grown up immersed in dancing, painting and making various arts & crafts as few of my many hobbies. I soon came to perceive art, as a true form of expression before I embarked on my musical journey.

Having had made up my mind at a very early age to be a “master of my own will”, I started a handicrafts brand by the name Dark Reflections in 2010.I have been a rock and metal music fan since my early teens, and thus developed a keen interest in the drums until I finally saved up to buy one by the age of 18 and have been thrashing them ever since

I further pursued this interest by doing a Diploma in Music Performance from Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music, Chennai ; before and after which I have been playing with several projects and have been teaching drumming privately by the name DrumCore.

Currently, I am a freelancing drummer & percussionist, playing & touring with select independent artists and bands, and collaborating for some online projects as well. I also do film &ad shoots as a female drummer.

Hailing from Italy, Walter Scalzone is an international percussionist based in the Las Vegas of the Middle East, Dubai. With over 10 years of experience working in clubs in Italy, Spain, UK, USA China, UAE and more, he has also recorded for well-known DJs such as Oliver Koletzki, DJ Kryder, Peppe Citarella among others.

He performs on both acoustic and electronic percussion instruments, with over 600 sounds from all over the world allowing him the flexibility to switch between different styles of music, like house, samba, salsa, Arabic, lounge, hip hop, rnb, on whim.Giving equal amounts of importance not only to sound but also delivery, Walter’s playing is energetic and only helps to enhance the visual effect of his performance. He can augment his show with the addition of multiple visual elements, among others, water drums, sound lasers, glow sticks which add a significant extra air of dazzle.

I spice up the entire atmosphere of a venue with compelling rhythms and energy, stunning visual effects such as glow sticks, invisible sound lasers, Waterdrums & LED lights that create a WOW experience.
