Adam is from Glasgow, Scotland which is the home of where his musical talents began. Starting as a street busker Adam got his first taste of performing and carried it around the world. His talent has been heard from the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Bahrain formula one, Landshut Germany Festival, Muscat International Festival, and to Dubai’s Marina Music Festival.

He was lucky enough to perform in the same venue as Sting, Olly Murrs, and Catherine Jenkins at the Henley Festival and was the opening act for many popular artists such as UB40 and cool and the gang. Adam also was featured as a guest on MBC Tonight show with Badr Saleh.

Adam is not your everyday acoustic player, using a technique called “Lap Tapping”; he rests the guitar on his lap and powerfully taps the frets and strings to create a captivating cacophony. Learning this style came to fruition after a small accident that fractured one of Adam’s fingers, making it difficult to play the guitar as normal.

Learning this new style took him to play on the streets where it developed his preference to play in this unique style.

To this day Adam has been true to this way of playing, giving him a unique and recognizable sound that can be heard wherever his music takes him.

á capella - 'wandering' or 'roaming' the working environment, Adam plays a mixture of popular music and jazz standards.

Solo with backing tracks - Adam plays along to backing tracks of both popular music and jazz standards taking the place of the lead vocal in each case.

Solo with existing songs/tracks - after songs and tracks have been carefully selected, the saxophone is played 'colouring' the rhythms, phrases and tunes of the existing, often well-known songs.

chill:fix - in 2009 Adam collaborated with Chiara Dodd to launch chill:fix. The duo play the latest and best in chill out music creating the perfect 'chill out' atmosphere for any occasion or event.

Solo with DJ - since arriving in Dubai Adam has been lucky enough to work with a host of local and international DJs and is starting to build a name for himself in doing so. While chill:fix sees him perform in a more 'chilled' environment, he also plays for special events, product launches and parties, and for private parties in bars, clubs and private residences across the GCC to funky house, house and some more 'old school' music.

Aerial saxophone - historically performing in the air at larger scale events and venues for clients wanting a very high visual impact as well as providing a musical performance, through Art in the Air, (http://www.art-in-the-air.com/) Adam has performed playing live with DJ's and to backing tracks while suspended up to 15 metres in the air.

Saxophone meets Piano - Adam and Ben (Benjamin Kuhn at www.pianist.ae) met in 2011 and immediately realised they shared the same sense in style of music and how this is portrayed. They are currently working on a couple of projects together, the results to be seen in 2012!

Jazz Trio, Quartet or Quintet - playing with a mixture of instruments including piano, bass, drums, guitar and vocals playing a variety of jazz and well known tracks.

Abu Dhabi Big Band - the band play a variety of jazz, swing and latino numbers of greats such as Duke Ellington, Quincy Jones, George Gershwin, Glenn Miller and can be booked for events accordingly. Also available for bookings are the 'Little Big Band' and quartets/quintets."

Amzy is a professional percussionist and a handpan player of international repertoire. He plays the Djembe, Darbuka, Cajon, Tabla, Dholak, Timbale, congas, mouth percussions, water drums and the Handpan.

He has performed with top artists from India and abroad in over 350 shows. Amzy has performed at the Syrian, Indian and yoga pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020. He is also a music composer/producer and has his music studio in Dubai.

Amzy is a versatile and a professional musician and is one of the most sought after in the fields of events. He performs on percussions and handpan at weddings, corporate shows, festivals, cafés etc.

Ananya 'Shubham' Kumar is a drummer in a professional band called Devoid. The band has been active for a decade and has toured many cities in India and Europe.

Devoid was formed in the year 2005. The band then comprised of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Arun Iyer, drummer Shubham Kumar and the lead guitarist Keshav Kumar. This predominantly thrash based band soon felt the need for a bass guitarist and the search went on till finally Devoid saw its new permanent bassy, Frank Pawar.

Devoid kicked off its gigging spree from College Rock Competitions of the likes of Campus Rock Idols which was a strong stepping stone for the band to reach heights that they had not thought was possible. Coupled with a string of local pub gigs and outstation performances, Devoid soon established its fan base. A lot of this had to do with the fact that the setlist for Devoid was all-out originals.

With the fan base steadily increasing Devoid started touring with big names in the scene like IIIrd Sovereign, Demonic Resurrection, Myndsnare, Kryptos, Brute Force, Infernal Wrath etc covering places like Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Shillong and of course Bombay. From then on to now, Devoid has come up with 8 crushing songs that saw the crowd screaming and moshing along. Slowly setting up a scene that is waiting to erupt.

Devoid is currently recording a full-length album, which is yet to be named, in MotorG Studio which is the brain-child of Arun Iyer (Vocalist/Rhythm).

They have a single out on this page and are hoping to get the album done by the end of '09. Devoid is now managed by a long time friend and the soul of Devoid.

Imbue began many years ago as a partnership between lead vocalist-guitarist Maher Al Halabi and his lyricist friend Bassel Abu Fadel in Syria. Abu Fadel would write, and Al Halabi would compose. Today, that collaboration continues, despite Al Halabi now living in Dubai.

“Bassel and I have been friends since we were young. Since our school days, he would write and I would compose. We’re used to it — we’re used to him making me hear something, and me doing the same. Or he’ll read me something, and I’ll do the same. I’ve known Basel since grade 10 — we were 14, 15,” said Al Halabi.

In 2014, the rest of Imbue began to take shape. During auditions at the Fridge, Al Halabi met Cuban flutist Malena Avila and was introduced to Colombian-American drummer Juan Manuel Arenas. Through Facebook, they met Lebanese bassist-vocalist Jeffrey Ayache. They put out their debut single, Bhebbak (I Love You), and performed their first show at SIKKA Festival.

“We got along together very well. They loved the music — and they added their flavor, their touch. It’s teamwork. Malena and Juan are Latino and have deep knowledge of music and jazz, and Jeffrey is a very good musician — he always had gigs in Beirut,”

Meet international and award winner Qanun player, Nazgol Rashidazari.

From a young age, she was drawn to the world of music and began her journey by learning to play the guitar at the age of 8. As she grew older, she discovered her true passion in the traditional instrument of the Qanun and made it her main focus.

As a member of various bands and orchestras, Nazgol has had the opportunity to perform in countless concerts, showcasing her talents to audiences around the world. She continued to pursue her professional goals by studying music composing in university and teaching Qanun to others. Neha Pandey is an Independent Indian pop artist/playback singer and entrepreneur based out of Dubai. Born in UttarPradesh on November 04, Neha spent her childhood years between Mussorie, Dehradun, Delhi and Lucknow.

Neha’s music contains elements of pop, hip hop, Soul and R&B. Western music has had a huge impact in her singing. She has confessed that she likes to perform "songs that have a western flavour in them".

Early Music Days

Neha discovered her passion for singing at a young age of 9 at school singing competition in Loreto Convent Lucknow Neha got personally trained for Indian Classical by Bhatkhande vocal coaches in Lucknow and has won multiple awards and accolades during her school and college days in Lucknow and Delhi.

After her training in music, Neha started gospel singing at the local churches in Lucknow in late 90s.

Encouraged by the positive response of the locals she decided to focus on singing as career and collaborated with indie and rock bands and performed across churches in North India.

Neha’s first professional breakthrough happened in the year 2001 at the Indie Pop talent hunt by Zee TV for the Bollywood movie ‘Tere Liye’. This platform gave her band immense exposure across media.

Music Career

In the year 2012 Neha moved to Tasmania and formed a band with two Australian members and an African artist and recorded their first song Belly Dancer. The band gained popularity amongst the locals and ABC Hobart.

Neha participated in the Channel V Popstars and was chosen as the city finalist in 2003 Neha believes that her voice has a global appeal and she has collaborated with artists across Hongkong, Australia, Sudan and USA over the years. Some of her successful tracks are Busy Busy (Spotlampe label of 9XM), Allah waariyan Reprise, na roko (neha’s original).

In the year 2017 Neha’s single Na Roko, was aired on MTV in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas and Australia. She states that Na Roko is one of her personal favourite works the song she independently worked on. It was written and composed by Neha and was shot in different parts of the UAE. The success of this track played a crucial role in landing Neha the Bollywood soundtrack.

Her latest hit released on October 9, 2018 is titled Busy Busy. This upbeat peppy track is launched by SpotlampE.com at 9X Media Pvt. Ltd. The track is written by lyricist Kumaar (of Chittiyan Kalaiyan fame) and composed by Gourov-Roshin.
