I started drumming in 2009 when I and my friends from high school decided to form a heavy metal band that covers songs for Sabbath, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest.
Although the metal scene in Jordan wasn’t accepted a lot, we played 2 gigs and it was a very good experience. After quitting the band I decided to improve my drumming skills by playing songs for Lamb Of God, Metallica, and Megadeth.
I Joined many cover bands and played in various bars and gigs. After graduating High School I went to Lebanon to study University at the Lebanese American University.
While I was in Lebanon for 2 years, in an Ina band called The Locals, we played one gig at a bar called Quadrangle, but most importantly we were writing our originals.
After covering almost every single song for Lamb Of God I started learning reggae and Latin from YouTube, as well as playing covers for Santana and Bob Marley.
