Limited Edition is a two-piece group based in Abu Dhabi. We consider ourselves a super group because we have attained success in our own right before forming as a unit. The members include your truly Ray Melo (lead/rhythm acoustic guitar, vocals) and Thomienette Berja (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, shakers, and tambourine). We're very eclectic when it comes to play all genres of music, old and new, from Top 40, pop, reggae, classic rock, R&B, soul, and hip-hop--but with a surprising twist.....in an acoustic way. Not only do we have different musical backgrounds, but also we come from mixed nationalities (American and Filipina), which plays a significant role with attracting people from all walks of life.

A few years back, we were part of the Colors of Sounds event over at the Sky Lounge at the Grand Millennium Hotel- a project that brought poetry to life through art and music. We also played a few shows at the Blue Bar inside the Hilton Capital Grand Hotel in Corniche. We were featured artists for special showcases at the Open Jamz Night over at the Sports Bar at the Fairmont Hotel, the 432hz Open Mic at Café Arabia, and Roar Talent over at Al Ain Palace Hotel.

Recently, we did a residency weekend gigs over at Perry's and Blackwelder inside the Souk Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai, and a Friday brunch over at the Loca Mexican Restaurant in the Galleria in Abu Dhabi. Our expected fee is usually AED 2,000 per gig as a duo. We are willing to sit down in person and negotiate a set price. We also have our own equipment as well to set up.
