عازفة قيثارة إماراتية من مواليد مدينة العين، تُعد أول عازفة قيثارة في دولة الإمارات، والمصنّفة من أوائل أول العازفات في المنطقة، حيث تقدّم عروضًا موسيقية فاخرة ذات طابع ملكي تجمع بين الرقي، الهوية الثقافية الإماراتية، والاحتراف العالمي.

قدّمت عروضًا رسمية لكبار الشخصيات وأصحاب السمو الشيوخ، والجهات الحكومية، والشرطة، إلى جانب مشاركات إنسانية مع أصحاب الهمم، كبار السن، الأيتام، والمستشفيات.

شاركت في برامج تلفزيونية ومسابقات فنية، وقدّمت عروضًا دولية في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية (فلوريدا)، كما قدمت عروضًا استثنائية في بيئات فريدة، مما يعكس مستوى فني عالمي متميز.

An Emirati harpist born in Al Ain, Julie Frankoul is recognized as the first harpist in the UAE and ranked among the earliest pioneering harpists in the region, delivering luxurious, royal-style performances that blend refined artistry, Emirati cultural identity, and international excellence.

She has performed for VIPs, royal families, government entities, and police events, in addition to meaningful humanitarian performances for people of determination, elderly communities, orphans, and hospitals.

Julie has been featured in television programs and talent shows, and has performed internationally in the United States (Florida), including unique performances in exceptional environments, reflecting a world-class artistic level.

She has collaborated with international artists such as:
