I discovered flow arts 5 years ago, and it is my main focus in life ever since, I am fascinated by what human muscle memory can achieve if you understand how it works, and know-how to learn anything efficiently.

My juggling and poi practice has taught me so much about perseverance, and that I am able to learn or achieve anything if I put the right amount of time in it, with the right method.

I see benefits from this practice in many aspects of my daily life.

I've also spent a lot of time using those skills to express myself on a stage, have experienced street performing, corporate gigs and big group acts creation.

In my performance, I incorporate acting, clowning, and more things that we don't see enough in flow arts.
