And although his musical journey officially took off around 15 years ago, Joseph started showing interest in music and singing at the early age of four. Learning the violin at Sulhi Al Wadi conservatory when he was six came as a first step in his musical education. Then he went on pursuing his studies and specializing in opera singing at the High Institute of Music and Performing Arts in Damascus. The dream was taking shape and he was getting the chance to harness his skills under the tutelage of Rasha Rizk, Lubana Qintar, and Arax Tchekidjian.
In 2008, he made his stage debut at the Syrian Opera House, performing the role of Ormonte in the Baroque Opera Zenobia during the celebrations of Damascus as the Arab Cultural City of that year. From then on, he took part in several projects and performances spanning a wide range of musical genres: from rock bands to Latin music and accompanying regional established artists such as Marcel Khalife and Charbel Rouhana, Joseph was pushing boundaries paving his way to a life revolving around his passion. He notably sang the tenor part in Mozart’s infamous Requiem and other challenging performances starred in several musicals and even made it to primetime TV show Arabs Got Talent, where he charmed all four celebrity judges. Step by step, one performance after another, Joseph was establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with in the regional musical landscape.
Throughout the years, Joseph’s voice has caught the attention and ears of many music connoisseurs and artists who sought him to add his vocal talent to their work and creations. He notably collaborated with Saudi Star Aseel Omran on an Arabic version of Ed Sheeran’s Perfect in 2018 and was featured in many projects - one of which was his performance on the Theme Song of al Miftah, a Syrian TV Drama in addition to other TV shows theme songs and commercials across the region. And beyond…
In 2013, Joseph widened his musical horizons by participating in the international musical 2050 the Future We Want in Geneva, Switzerland. The next year, he was releasing his first single Shou Bitzakkar. A single in English, Beautiful Mystery, followed suit in 2019 and reached #1 on iTunes UAE upon its release. This track was the brainchild of a collaboration with a group of talented friends who gathered around Joseph and Swedish producer Johan Ludvig Rask.
And Joseph keeps on singing his way through the region and beyond,
across genres and borders.
John The Drummer
“I Drum, therefore, I am”.
I play the Drums because I never understand the world or my place in it more clearly than when I have Drumsticks in my hand.
Growing up as a young drummer at the age of 7, John was captivated by listening to the local Parish Music Ministry symphony orchestra perform, and resolved that one day he would be able to create that same experience for an audience.
His very first stint on stage was a solo performance at the age of 11, in front of the prestigious Indian Air Force gathering, which got him immense exposure to Events for the Forces, to showcase and hone his talent.
Many years of arduous practice and devoted listening brought John to the doors of life, where he not only earned his degrees, but forged meaningful relationships with other musicians who had the same passion as him, forming Rock Bands as never heard before.
Hailing from a Military background, John has travelled across all Cultures in India, and has learnt and played across genres of Music, ranging from the Christian Archdiocese of North India, to the Grand temples in the South of India, from the tribal art forms in the North East and into the Bollywood style in the Famous channels and TV shows of the metropolitans.
Passing out from higher secondary, John was seen on-stage at all major events & later formed his very own band named FreeFall in New Delhi, which honed in him the true musician and opened his gates to a variety of Performances featuring the Band in all Major print media, in the town. Among his personal favorite bands are Guns N Roses, Metallica, Bon Jovi, Creed, Megadeth & Dream Theater, the influences of which can be felt in his very own playing style as well.
One of John’s biggest achievement lies when he was selected as a Solo drummer in a Gigantic 155 member choir for the Reverent Pope John Paul II’s visit to India in the year 1999.
Shifting bases to the Middle East a decade ago, John is now a Corporate L&D specialist. It gives John great joy to not only do the good work of sharing music with audiences, but with preparing tomorrow’s musicians to share it to the best of their abilities, too.
He indeed loves to belt out Heavy and Hard hitting beats with Progressive accents and playing off-timings while on his drums.
John believes that engaging with others in music is one of the most profound ways to connect with another human being – and nothing else gives him greater satisfaction and fulfillment.

LUCIA SINATRA
Metamorphiq
Metamorphiq is a chill-out electronic fusion project, formed by Bulgarian producer- keys player Storn, and British-Filipino singer-songwriter Melisa Le Rue. They started writing music in the sandy metropolis of Dubai in 2012 and soon: Metamorphiq was born.
Sonically uplifting, energetic yet chilled out; Metamorphiq fuse jazz rhodes, soulful vocals, percussive and electronic beats, with elements of Bulgarian, Samba and Oriental music. With Storn's influences ranging from Hans Zimmer to Herbie Hancock, and Le Rue's from Jobim to Jill Scott, their debut album Here we are embraces multiple genres to create a unique eclectic sound.
From their interpretation of a traditional Bulgarian folk song Come on sun, rise up featuring the Bulgarian Elitza Choir; to the modern jazz-fusion feel of Silent Heart; the energetic Afro- samba inspired In love with you, to the entrancing spoken word of Here we are; the album takes you on a beautifully uplifting journey. But, underpinning the easy listening chill out vibe, there is a deeper more serious message to the album- Unlucky one, featuring Zayn Mohammed on the oud, is an ode to the often ignored modern day slaves; Plastic People satirizes the superficial importance of physical appearances; and Elevated is a call to enlightenment, preceded by an unlikely news bulletin.
